Melanie Dixon is an Ōtautahi based writer and creative writing tutor. She has a Masters in Creative Writing from the University of Auckland. Her debut young adult novel, A New Dawning, was published by OneTree House in May 2023. Melanie is the current Director of Hagley Writers’ Institute.
